Job Summary
Greet customers on the sales floor and drive personal sales while delivering an above-and-beyond customer experience. Promote the Scheels Visa Rewards card and clearly explain benefits. Engage customers in conversations to help them make buying decisions, demonstrate product usage, participate in training and store meetings, and maintain professional appearance. Support freight/stocking as needed; demonstrate math and basic analytical ability; communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. Schedule typically offers 20-25 hours weekly with flexibility across listed hours; starting base pay is $15/hour with uncapped commission potential. Education: high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months of sales experience preferred.
