Job Summary
Maintain building cleanliness and grounds, ensuring all facility conditions remain safe. Conduct general repairs and perform routine maintenance to keep equipment operational. Participate in safety training and inspections while managing on-call duties as Manager on Duty when the manager is unavailable. Requires high school diploma, 3-4 years of facility maintenance experience, and CPR/AED certification. Hourly wages start at $17.75 up to $24.00 based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire
- Ability to operate basic machinery and tools
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
