Women’s Denim Design Director

Set creative vision for women's denim aligned with rag & bone's brand aesthetic and go-to-market strategy. Conceptualize and lead core fit/block development end-to-end, creating silhouette architecture and directing fit sessions. Direct wash development and finishing by partnering with mills and laundries to create signature treatments. Manage and mentor a design team while fostering a collaborative, innovative culture. Partner cross-functionally with merchandising, production, sourcing, and commercial teams to ensure design vision translates into commercially viable washes and fabrications. Travel internationally to mills, factories, and trade shows to source fabric innovation and stay ahead of global trends. Build relationships with premium denim mills in Japan, Italy, Turkey, and the US to secure exclusive fabrications.
