Job Summary
Greet and assist customers by identifying needs, making product recommendations, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up. Demonstrate products, replenish shelves per merchandising guidelines, and restock floor merchandise. Maintain pricing accuracy, keep work areas clean and stocked, and operate the Point of Sale register. Remains a product expert through ongoing training and supports seasonal floor moves. Starting pay rate is $14.00 - $16.75. Part-time benefits include discounts on retail merchandise, restaurants, and resorts, plus dental, vision, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- High School education or equivalent experience
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers
- Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers
- Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system
- Minimum Degree Required: High School education or equivalent experience
