Women's Basketball Assistant Coach (Part-Time)

Coach the Junior Varsity team, support the philosophy and standards of Hastings College, the GPAC, and the NAIA, and assist in developing a competitive intercollegiate program. Plan, organize, and manage all phases of the program, including skill development, mental techniques, practice and game scheduling, and supervision of support staff. Recruit and retain academically qualified student-athletes while monitoring their progression to ensure graduation, retention, and eligibility. Work cooperatively with faculty, admissions, alumni, and athletic department personnel to uphold the image and reputation of the athletics program. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is available.
