Job Summary
Engage with customers face-to-face across UK venues to promote energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies like solar panels, heat pumps, and electric vehicles. Introduce Octopus Energy as a preferred supplier by comparing services and products with competitors to help potential customers make informed switching decisions. Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming experience for every new client onboarded. Utilize company-provided training and tools to explain energy choices that work for individuals and the planet. Maintain a positive, approachable communication style to connect authentically with diverse audiences. Travel to various locations using a valid driving license to maximize every customer interaction.
Required Qualifications
- A driving license in order to travel to all our different venues situated across the locations
- A positive, approachable and confident communication style
- Experience in a customer centric setting where you have come up with quick and effective customer solutions
- A confident person who is willing to approach customers and maximise every customer interaction
- You love humans, and bringing customers a little bit of joy by making something easy makes your heart sing
- You're a bit obsessive about checking you've got things right - it's your job, not anyone else's
- Honest focused and committed to being an amazing representative of our brand
