Women and Girls Case Worker - County Lines

Job Summary
Provide end-to-end support and interventions to a caseload of young people and families involved in County Lines activity, utilizing effective assessment, care planning, and risk management. Proactively assess and manage caseload risks, escalating through safeguarding procedures while adapting case management frequency to individual needs. Liaise with local partner organizations and agencies to ensure effective referrals, care, and risk management, acting as a single point of contact for joint work where required. Tailor support to diverse needs and aspirations to enable service users to fulfil their potential within a multi-agency team. This role requires a full driving licence and access to a car, with travel across the regional area and occasional evening and weekend working.
