Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services for women and pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic condition management. Conduct well-child visits, women's health exams, and age-appropriate screenings while diagnosing and treating common illnesses across the lifespan. Educate patients and families on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices, then collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate referrals and continuity of care. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with clinical standards and policies.
Required Qualifications
- Current Washington State license as an ARNP, MD, or DO (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and patient education skills
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively in a primary care environment
- All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
