Wolford - Sales Associate (PT)

Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing knowledgeable, personalized service and actively driving sales through cross-selling and client outreach. Maintain and grow a client book while consistently meeting individual sales and KPI targets. Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed for window displays and in-store presentation, and support inventory management including deliveries and stock organization. Maintain a pristine boutique environment, handle point-of-sale transactions with accuracy, and participate in regular team meetings focused on product knowledge and brand initiatives. Ensure full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. Assist with pricing, returns, and administrative tasks as needed. This part-time role is based at the Columbus Circle boutique in New York City.
