Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized interactions, cross-selling, and proactive client relationship management to meet individual sales targets. Execute visual merchandising standards for window displays and in-store presentation while managing inventory deliveries, transfers, and stock organization. Maintain a pristine boutique environment, process point-of-sale transactions with accuracy, and handle pricing, returns, and exchanges. Participate in regular team meetings and trainings to uphold product knowledge, safety standards, and loss prevention protocols.
