Job Summary
Part-Time Luxury Sales Associate in a Madison Avenue boutique, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, actively driving sales through cross-selling and upselling, building and maintaining a client book, and meeting KPI targets. Responsibilities include executing visual merchandising standards, inventory management, stock organization, cash handling, end-of-day procedures, participating in team trainings, ensuring policy and safety compliance, assisting with pricing/returns, loss prevention, and taking on potential key-holding duties. Requires 1–2 years of retail experience (luxury or premium brand preferred), proficiency with POS systems, strong communication, high energy, and a polished, professional appearance aligned with Wolford’s dress code.
