Job Summary
Ensure individual, activating, and holistic care and support for residents while fostering their quality of life through respectful, modern care concepts. Lead and organize the residential area adhering to highest quality standards, including responsible staff scheduling and team leadership. Guarantee continuous improvement of care quality and collaborate with family members, physicians, and external partners. Coordinate residential area activities with other facility departments while complying with legal and internal regulations. Promote the professional development of students and interns.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
- Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
- Grundkenntnisse in der Pflegedokumentation und EDV-Anwendungen
- Einfühlungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der stationären Pflege von Vorteil
