Job Summary
Ensure individual, activating, and holistic care and support for residents while fostering their quality of life through respectful, modern care concepts. Lead and organize the residential area in accordance with the highest quality standards, managing bed-dependent and efficient staff scheduling. Supervise, motivate, and develop the nursing team, ensuring continuous improvement of care and support quality. Collaborate with family members, physicians, and external partners while coordinating residential activities with other facility departments. Adhere to and implement legal and internal regulations, promoting the professional development of students and interns.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger)
- Weiterbildung zur Wohnbereichsleitung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
- Grundkenntnisse in der Pflegedokumentation und EDV-Anwendungen
- Einfühlungsvermögen und die Fähigkeit, ein Team zu motivieren und zu leiten
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in der stationären Pflege von Vorteil
