Job Summary

WMS Superuser role responsible for maintaining and enhancing warehouse management systems to support facilities operations, logistics and inventory processes. Key duties include maintaining slotting configuration (rack and pick slots), staff performance development, developing and maintaining integrated systems across production, maintenance, warehousing, and administration; providing comprehensive end-user training on hardware and software; maintaining JDA WMS logic for allocation, putaway, replenishment; collaborating with operations to streamline processes and troubleshoot system issues; maintaining labor management data for site leadership; managing interfaces for WMS hardware (RF devices, printers, label makers) and developing system SOPs, disaster recovery, and backup procedures; performing velocity and layout analyses; ensuring team members have required skills and performance attributes; data entry with accuracy; and performing other duties as assigned. Required: strong verbal/written communication, ability to work independently, customer service orientation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Technical or another related field
  • 3 years or more experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or industry related field
  • 2 years or more in WMS experience
  • PC and troubleshooting knowledge and skills
  • SQL server skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Knowledge of warehouse and/or software applications, routing and dispatch software systems
