Job Summary
WMS Super User to support daily warehouse operations by serving as the subject matter expert for the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Responsibilities include providing real-time system support to warehouse staff, troubleshooting WMS errors and inventory discrepancies, training colleagues on WMS processes, assisting with system configuration, updates, testing, and implementations, monitoring inventory accuracy, supporting cycle counts and audits, collaborating with IT and operations to escalate and resolve complex issues, identifying process gaps and recommending improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy, and creating SOPs and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) in a distribution or warehouse environment
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory control)
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and operational issues
- Good communication skills and ability to train and support team members
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and data entry
