Job Summary
WMS Business Consultant to work on Charisma ERP & WMS projects in Production, Retail, or Distribution; provide consultancy on Totalsoft products, configure systems to meet business requirements, manage issues and risks, assist in testing, and support go-live and post go-live activities. Responsibilities include requirement discovery, documentation, project coordination using the Totalsoft implementation methodology, configuration, testing support, issue/risk management, and collaboration with sales to identify future opportunities. Key skills include ERP/WMS knowledge, process improvement in manufacturing/production, strong communication, analytical thinking, and English proficiency. Located in Bucharest, Romania, with a full-time on-site role and opportunities for training and development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of former experience in supply chain & WMS business or technical projects
- Customer oriented with excellent planning and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong knowledge of production/manufacturing business processes
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Pro-active and result oriented
- Influential, with good negotiating skills
- ERP products and/or technical knowledge
- Logic reasoning
- English is a must
