WMG Float Pool RN Region 3 (North Fulton, Cherokee, Roswell, Alpharetta areas)

Conduct direct patient care in the float pool across North Fulton, Cherokee, Roswell, and Alpharetta areas, performing the full nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews to ensure safe, high-quality care while documenting outcomes and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching, adapting service delivery to population-specific needs and cultural diversity. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor to support the nursing workforce. Participate in the Clinical Champion Forum, value analysis, and performance improvement initiatives to drive evidence-based practice and reduce adverse events. Maintain licensure as a Reg Nurse or RN-COMPACT with BLS certification, and possess ACLS/PALS as required for specific practice areas.
