Job Summary
Lead strategy for the patented Impact Reporting tool and drive growth opportunities across the Investing with Impact platform. Build strategic project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate advisor engagement, marketing alignment, training initiatives, and centralized field execution. Develop executive presentations and communications to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies for leadership and distribution partners. Plan road shows and the annual gathering for Impact Directors while managing a small team to foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture. Integrate the Impact Alternatives Growth Strategy function to ensure consistent commercialization execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, strategy, sustainability, distribution, or related fields preferred
- Demonstrated passion for sustainability, impact investing, and purpose-driven work
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Experience building and scaling strategic programs, commercialization models, engagement models, or operational processes
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced and evolving environments
- SIE, Series 7/66 preferred, or willingness to obtain upon hire
