Job Summary
Customer Support - Pipeline role focusing on intermediate-level tasks related to business processes. Responsibilities include understanding business fundamentals and SOPs, maintaining professional relations with internal customers, adhering to standard procedures while introducing new ones, meeting productivity targets, resolving problem invoices with urgency, addressing quality-control issues in problem queues, generating MIS/reports as advised, and performing other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
