Job Summary
Senior HR Technology Support Analyst role focusing on Oracle HCM Compensation and Fusion Compensation within the HR Technology team. Responsibilities include day-to-day application support, planning releases/upgrades, coordinating design/build/test/deploy phases, and ensuring governance across Oracle HR modules. Requires expertise in Fusion Compensation, Core HR, HDL, Workflows, SQL, OTBI, and related HR/Finance tech, plus vendor management and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes leadership and mentorship, continuous process improvement, and delivering value through optimized configurations and integrations. On-site in Indore (Madhya Pradesh) and Gurgaon (Haryana), IN; standard business hours with occasional after-hours support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience
- Five (5) years of HR Technology support experience, leading Service Delivery and managing vendor relationships
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud components: Core HR, Compensation & Payroll, Talent Management, OLC, and related tools (OTBI, BIP, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BPM worklist)
- Experience with SQL/MS Access, HDL, Workflows, OTBI, and data integration
- Ability to plan releases, upgrades, patches, and configuration across Oracle HR modules
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Project management and organizational capabilities
- Analytical, data-driven decision making, and change management experience
- Vendor engagement and cross-functional collaboration across Digital, Finance, People/HR teams
- Experience with ERP Oracle Cloud, OneStream, Hyperion, and related financial tech systems
