Job Summary
Quality Control Manager for the Wholesale KYC Operations Reviewer team within Digital and Platform Services. Oversee a team of WKO Reviewers in North America, ensuring efficient onboarding, renewal, and remediation of client KYC relationships; collaborate with Sales, Reference Data, Credit, Legal, and Compliance; manage escalations, governance, and KPI/KRI reporting to Senior Leadership; drive process enhancements and initiatives; build strong relationships with stakeholders and uphold a risk- and quality-focused culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with 3+ years of AML, Compliance, audit or KYC experience
