Job Summary
Witness Coordinator to support the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut. Responsible for administrative and logistical support of the USAO’s fact witness management process, including coordinating witness travel, lodging, and reimbursement, providing courtroom orientation, preparing and submitting travel and reimbursement documentation, maintaining witness files, and coordinating with court staff and partner agencies. Requires attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication, data entry and database work, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Requires 3 years of relevant experience and a high school diploma; undergraduate degree preferred. Telework may be authorized; travel may be required; U.S. citizenship is required. Location: New Haven, CT; full-time, nonexempt; 40 hours/week.
