Job Summary
Coordinate and monitor operations of the Withdrawal Management unit across 2nd and 3rd shifts. Conduct screens and assess patients to determine eligibility; provide case management and connect patients to medical/mental health treatment referrals. Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, monitor medications and vital signs, and complete necessary paperwork. Communicate with agency physicians and monitor reporting accuracy. Requires either CAT certification or willingness to obtain within 18 months; education includes a high school diploma or GED with an AA/BA preferred. Must pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and TB test. Competitive salary: $17.50–$20.00 per hour, with shifts and benefits outlined.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED (AA/BA preferred)
- Certified Addiction Technician (CAT) certification required or willingness to obtain within 18 months
- Prior experience with substance misuse, direct patient care, assessment, triage, crisis intervention, and group counseling
- CPR and First-Aid certification
- Strong communication and basic computer skills
