Job Summary
Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection, preparation, and analysis for the FrInk project on employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities. Collaborate on drafting research reports, publications, and presentations regarding inclusion in free professions. Attend project-related events and engage with trade unions, social institutions, and chambers to improve contact and cooperation. Requires strong expertise in empirical social research methods and a university degree in economics or social sciences. Full-time presence in Nürnberg is required for the duration of the project.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Methoden empirischer Sozialforschung
- Erste praktische Forschungserfahrungen zu Fragen der Teilhabe von Menschen mit (Schwer-)Behinderung am Arbeitsleben oder in der Arbeitsmarkt- bzw. Sozialpolitikforschung
- Guter wirtschafts-, sozialwissenschaftlicher oder vergleichbarer Hochschulabschluss, der zur Promotion berechtigt
- Anwesenheit vor Ort während der Projektlaufzeit
