Job Summary
Develop evidence-based care concepts and implement nursing standards, guidelines, and care pathways within the forensic psychiatry unit. Plan, steer, and evaluate nursing projects while supporting the nursing director on organizational and personnel matters. Represent nursing in interdisciplinary committees and networks to foster theory-practice transfer. Conduct scientific work including data analysis for publications and maintain continuous qualification of staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychiatric Nursing oder einen vergleichbaren Studienabschluss
- Erfahrung im wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten und Schreiben
- Eigenständiges arbeiten
- organisatorische Kompetenz
