Job Summary
Lead consulting projects with industry partners from acquisition through execution, covering production planning, factory planning, and strategy development for electric mobility. Investigate research questions regarding electric motor production (stator, rotor, complete drive) and develop prototypes alongside new manufacturing and testing procedures. Mentor students on their final projects and deliver lectures. Manage early budget and leadership responsibilities while shaping topics independently. Work full-time in a research group at RWTH Aachen, with a promotion path available and an extension of at least one year planned.
Required Qualifications
- Master degree or equivalent in technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- Fluent spoken and written German
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Full-time employment status
- Availability for the Assessment Center in Aachen
