Manage outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN practice settings with 20–25 clinic patients and 1–6 inpatients per shift, including rounding on unassigned patients. Perform required procedures such as c-sections, breech deliveries, abruptions, surgical gyn, laparoscopic, and open surgeries. Maintain a 1:3 call ratio with 7am to 7am shifts featuring beeper calls requiring a 30-minute response. Complete assignment details and time entry in the online portal.
