Job Summary
Interpret complex wiring diagrams, schematics, and instructions to assemble electrical components and units in a production environment. Place components in electric boxes or units according to provided documentation and reconcile pick lists to work orders and kit parts. Requires expert understanding of wire gauges, connectors, and hand tools, with the ability to move equipment up to 50 pounds while maintaining a stationary position. Starting pay is $24.40–$26.35/hour for this hourly non-exempt role, with overtime eligibility after 40 hours. Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical diagrams and components
- Expert understanding of wire gauges, electrical connectors, terminals, tape measure, squares, hand tools and electrical tools

- Must be able to consistently remain in a stationary position
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
