Job Summary
Perform wireline service and shop duties under senior supervision, including pre-job preparation, equipment inspections, rigging up and down, and assembling perforating and logging gear. Drive company vehicles safely while maintaining DOT records, completing paperwork, and promoting customer relations. Conduct basic duties at well sites and the shop, supervise and train other Field Operators, and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. Maintain a clean driving record and pass background checks. Work extended periods at well sites, report within 30 minutes of on-call notification, and hold a Class A or B CDL.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Hold a clean driving record
- ability to pass a Federal background check
- Basic reading comprehension
- Basic writing skills
- Basic computer skills
- Promotes safety awareness
- ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work and communicate well with customers and employees
- Must be reachable via telephone 24 hours a day when in an on call status
- Must report to work within 30 minutes of notification
- ability to work at well sites for extended periods of time
