Wireline Lead Operator

Job Summary
The Lead Operator will ensure job readiness by performing tool maintenance, rigging operations, and supervising the assembly of downhole logging tools. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, adhering to safety protocols, supervising and training other Wireline Operators, and promoting positive customer relations. The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma, a minimum of three years' experience, a valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement, and strong mechanical skills, including knowledge of explosives applications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-year previous experience as a wireline operator
- Must possess and maintain valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) A with Hazardous Material Endorsement
- Strong mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of down hole tools
- Knowledge of the applications of explosives used in the wireline business
- Knowledge of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (ATF) and applicable State laws
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to perform essential functions in a fast paced and high stress environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- NCCCO Crane certified
- Basic knowledge of MS Office

- Must pass comprehensive ATF background check
- Must complete and pass all required pre-employment screenings
