Job Summary
Supervise wireline truck operations, train personnel, and oversee safety compliance at the wellsite, yard, and remote locations. Coordinate technical services for formation evaluation, production logging, and perforating while ensuring strict adherence to HSE regulations and ATF requirements. Operate heavy equipment including wireline trucks and cranes, conduct pre- and post-job inspections, and manage shipping, loading, and unloading duties in compliance with FMSCA standards. Prepare comprehensive job documentation, resolve disputes, and review personnel performance. This safety-sensitive role requires a valid Employee Possessor license and involves frequent travel, inclement weather exposure, and handling of hazardous materials.
Required Qualifications
- Less than High School Education
- 2-4 years work experience
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a valid Employee Possessor issued by the ATF (Department of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms)
- Satisfactory driving record per Company policies
- Ability to communicate with both written and verbal forms
- Effective leadership skills
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs
- Travel
- Exposure to inclement weather
- Ability to walk and work on slippery, uneven surfaces
- Frequently handling heavy loads
- Lifting, carrying, turning, squatting, and moving with heavy loads
- Climbing up and down ladders
- Climbing into and out of equipment
- Working in confined spaces
- PPE required
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- 4-6 years work experience
- Valid Class A or B CDL with hazardous material endorsement
- Proficiency with MS Office 365 applications
