Job Summary
Wireline Field Crew Lead responsible for leading field operations at well sites and in the shop, supervising two or more Field Operators, coordinating with Customer Representatives and rig crews, overseeing training, time sheets, DOT files, onboarding/offboarding, and performance reviews; managing crew and equipment for logging and completions services, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring safety per manuals and company policies; involves working on-site with client locations worldwide and providing records of assemblies and communications to customers.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree in Engineering with 1+ year of Wireline experience OR two (2) year Technical Associates Degree with 3+ years of Wireline experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of Wireline experience
