Job Summary
Supervise load-out of equipment, manage the wireline crew, and direct field and shop operations. Communicate with customers regarding well site operations, determine proper tool strings, and direct makeup of tool strings. Ensure HAZMAT transport compliance, fill out service orders, and operate specialized wireline equipment without supervision. Drive equipment, assist in rig up and rig down, clean and maintain equipment, and direct rebuilding of tools. Assist in training operators and junior field engineers. Perform other assigned tasks while maintaining safety standards and a clean work area. Requires Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement, two years wireline experience, and US citizenship. Silvertip Completion Services provides wireline and pumpdown solutions in the Permian.
Required Qualifications
- Possess and maintain a class A or B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Perform all wireline related engineer tasks without supervision
- Familiar with all wireline tools and services offered in the district
- Can properly fill out service orders for any service offered in the district
- Operate crane, forklifts and man-lifts as needed
- Minimum of 2 years wireline experience or equivalent
- United States citizen
