Job Summary
The Wireline Engineer III is responsible for overseeing the safety and quality of wireline operations within the production line of business. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising well site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of wireline technologies, and experience with well site operations, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage crew performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising wireline well site operations
- Must be able to pass comprehensive ATF background check
- Ability to possess and maintain valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazardous Material Endorsement
- Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to read, write and speak and understand English
- Intimate knowledge of wireline technologies including pressure control, perforating components, data acquisition systems and troubleshooting techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Geoscience from an accredited college or University
- Ultrasonic Radial Scanner experience
- Pipe Recovery experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
- Working knowledge of Warrior operating system
