Wireless Technician

Job Summary
Deliver end-to-end wireless solutions to residential and business customers; install, repair, and troubleshoot customer connection issues and VOIP services independently; provide an exceptional in-home and business experience by being friendly, patient, efficient, and clearly communicating technical information regarding WTTP service, gateways, and WiFi; install drops from the service terminal to the home or business; work effectively in both underground and aerial environments, including climbing ladders and operating bucket trucks; demonstrate urgency, accountability, and follow-through on all tasks; maintain a working knowledge of wireless networks and continuously expand your technical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in field-based technical role (e.g., installer, electrician, HVAC, or other low voltage work)
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a Class A/B CDL license
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (hot and cold)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience or ability to work in underground and aerial plants, including climbing ladders and operating bucket trucks
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Applications, and collaborative software
