Job Summary
Elicit and analyze customer operational requirements to translate stakeholder needs into measurable system specifications for tactical communication, missile data links, and satellite systems. Apply Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to ground-up development and manage functional, logical, and physical architecture models across the complete system engineering lifecycle. Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and design-to-cost evaluations while overseeing unit electronics design, prototyping, integration, and testing activities. Collaborate with defense customers for functional feedback loops and prepare comprehensive system documentation. This role reports to a Section Manager in Koropi, Greece, with a hybrid working model, offering competitive remuneration and opportunities for continuous learning in NATO defense programs.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Electronics/Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
- Comprehensive systems engineering experience in wireless communications or electronic systems
- System-level architecture design and requirements engineering
- Operational concept (CONOPS) development and alignment with system design
- Hands-on involvement in system integration, test, and verification across full product lifecycle
- Familiarity with PHY-layer and RF engineering
- Electronics design
- RF front-end design and integration
- Strong grasp of wireless standards
- Modulation techniques
- Link budget analysis
