Job Summary
Lead wireless store operations and coach a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue. Deliver tailored technology solutions, recruit and develop talent, promote a positive, customer-centric culture, and stay aligned with promotions and new product launches to ensure a five-star customer experience. Manage performance, provide coaching on solution selling and value-based conversations, and partner with the team to implement development plans that grow individual and store success.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
- Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations
- Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
- Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
- Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
- Experience with individual and team-based sales goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location
- Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond
