Job Summary
Lead a wireless store team to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Coach and develop sales associates in solution selling and value-based conversations; recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members; promote community presence and local engagement; guide day-to-day store operations, promotions, and product launches to achieve targets and revenue growth; foster a positive, motivated culture and ensure a five-star customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
- Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations
- Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
- Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
- Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
- Experience with individual and team-based sales goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
- Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond.
- Drive success: rallying team to crush sales targets and boost revenue; lead on-floor coaching and mentoring; review performance and create development plans; deliver tailored solutions with five-star customer experience; recruit and onboard talent; stay updated on promotions and product launches
