Job Summary
Wireless Store Leader to drive growth and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. Lead on-floor coaching, set and achieve sales targets, recruit and develop a high-performing team, stay aligned with promotions and product launches, and promote the store within the local community. Base salary plus commission, with annual compensation in the $55,000–$70,000+ range. Emphasizes coaching, development, and a customer-centric culture to ensure a five-star store experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail (preferably wireless or technology)
- proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
- strong ability to coach sales associates on solution selling and value-based conversations
- ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
- passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
- strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
- experience with individual and team-based sales goals
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- active involvement in community presence by promoting the store and engaging with local organizations
- creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional service
- ownership of day-to-day leadership duties (coaching, mentoring, motivation)
- ability to interview candidates, onboard new hires, and build a strong team
- awareness of promotions, product launches, and service updates
