Job Summary

Lead a wireless retail store team to achieve sales targets, coach and develop staff, recruit and onboard new hires, deliver five-star customer experiences, and promote BeMobile’s growth. Manage daily operations, align with promotions and product launches, and drive a culture focused on exceptional service and performance. You’ll rally the team on floor coaching, set clear goals, review performance, and create development plans to help each member grow while delivering tailored solutions to customers.

Required Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology
  • Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
  • Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations
  • Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
  • Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
  • Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
  • Experience with individual and team-based sales goals
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
  • Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond.
