Job Summary
Lead and coach on-floor wireless sales teams to crush sales targets and boost revenue; recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing staff; deliver tailored solutions to customers, coaching associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations; promote the store within the local community and build positive visibility for the location; track performance, provide feedback, and create individualized development plans to help each team member grow; stay informed on promotions and product launches to equip the team with current knowledge; foster a culture focused on outstanding customer service and a five-star experience; participate in interviewing, onboarding, and talent development to grow the store’s capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
- Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations
- Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
- Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
- Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
- Experience with individual and team-based sales goals
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
- Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond.
