Job Summary
Lead a wireless store team to achieve sales targets and drive growth by coaching, mentoring, and motivating associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members; promote the store and engage with local organizations to build positive visibility. Deliver a five-star customer experience by staying on top of promotions, product launches, and service updates, and implement development plans to help each team member grow. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in wireless or technology
- Proven track record of driving sales and achieving performance goals
- Strong ability to coach sales associates on effective solution selling and value-based conversations
- Ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing team members
- Passionate about developing others through hands-on coaching, shadowing, and training
- Strong ability to create a positive, motivating team culture
- Experience with individual and team-based sales goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Actively building community presence by promoting the store, engaging with local organizations, and creating positive visibility for the location.
- Creating a culture focused on exceeding customer expectations by delivering exceptional service and consistently going above and beyond.
