Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout by answering questions, demonstrating features, and resolving concerns with confidence. Prospect through in-store engagement, local outreach, and follow-up with existing customers to drive repeat business. Stay sharp on new products, promotions, and the competition to speak with authority. Manage store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and merchandising. Work with your team to hit targets and maintain high store energy. Requires 1+ year in sales or retail, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and a valid driver's license.
