Job Summary
Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the main contact for Verizon Wireless Zone accounts in Franklin, PA. Identify new business opportunities, present sales quotes, and nurture existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Track KPIs to drive account growth while collaborating with teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. This full-time role offers a salary of $30k-$60k with commission potential up to $80k+, plus health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales or management is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM programs, POS reporting, and B2B relationship development is also a plus.
