Job Summary
Verizon Wireless Retail Sales Associate with Mobile Generation—drive customer education and guide the sales process in a retail environment. Responsibilities include creating an ideal customer experience, assisting customers through the sales cycle, educating on Verizon products and services, producing sales to meet/exceed production standards, handling customer situations to satisfaction, supporting Store/Assistant Manager, completing required training, and representing the company professionally. Must have 1+ years of retail sales experience, strong communication skills, ability to travel across Midwest locations, and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 18+ with US work eligibility. Cohesive team player who thrives in a goal-oriented environment with uncapped commission potential and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role in a retail environment
- Proof of achievement in prior sales and customer service roles
- Be able to travel to various locations across the Midwest as business needs dictate
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide proof of work eligibility in the US
