Job Summary
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for Verizon Wireless Zone accounts in Monroeville, PA. Identify new business opportunities, present sales quotes and new products, and follow up with clients to address their needs. Track KPIs to drive account growth while collaborating with teams for exceptional service. Nurture existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Requires experience in account management or sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Full-time role with a salary of $30k-$60k plus 21% commission.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in sales or management is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM programs, POS reporting, and B2B relationship development is also a plus
