Job Summary
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for Verizon Wireless Zone accounts in North Warren, PA. Identify new business opportunities, present sales quotes, and nurture existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Track key performance indicators to drive account growth while collaborating with teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Follow up with clients to address specific needs and demonstrate how technology solutions improve their lives. Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong organizational and time management skills
Desired Qualifications
