Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences as the primary face of Connectivity Source in our retail stores. Engage directly with customers to generate revenue while maintaining a positive attitude and high energy. You will work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, standing for long periods in a retail environment. This role offers a base pay of $19 to $23 per hour with bonuses, spiffs, and a new hire bonus ramp-up structure. Join a growing team selling T-Mobile with opportunities for advancement, automatic raises, and various incentives like discounted phone service and rewards trips.
Required Qualifications
- Open work availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- At least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in a retail store environment
- Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds
