Job Summary
Manage wireless sales teams at AAFES and NEXCOM locations by understanding customer needs, providing tailored product solutions, and achieving set OSL Targets and Key Performance Indicators. Lead, coach, and motivate team members while coordinating weekly schedules, training staff on operational guidelines and carrier knowledge, and managing performance goals. Collaborate with leadership on strategic action plans to support KPIs and contribute to sales initiatives. Full-time availability required including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Base pay ranges from $19–$20/hour with uncapped commissions reaching $30+/hour for top performers.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Retail management experience in wireless or electronics
- Full-time availability, including days, evenings, and weekends (and holidays)
- Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Own a vehicle with valid Driver's License and be able to travel to your store(s) during operational hours
- Experience with recruitment, coaching, HR, and US employment standards
- Able to manage budgets, forecast sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
- Passage of a background check and authorization to access military bases required for this role
