Job Summary
Greets customers, processes sales transactions in the Point of Sale system, and promotes wireless products to meet monthly sales goals. Qualifies customer needs, resolves complaints, and maintains positive relationships while managing inventory, stocking merchandise, and adhering to FIFO policies. Collaborates with team members and management on store marketing initiatives, updates inventory requests, and reports local competitive activities. Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1 to 3 years' experience in a retail environment
- Must possess the ability to use technology applicable to role
- Detail oriented with a priority of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple goals and tasks
- Demonstrate passion for the brand, products, services and solutions offered to our customers
- Proven successful sales track record
